Refund policy
No refunds. Except where required by law, we do not offer refunds for any purchases. Your statutory rights are not affected.
30-Day Return Window (Store Credit or Exchange Only)
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address along with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or other remedy as required by law.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to initiate a return for store credit and place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
