How returns and store credit work, straightforward and fair.
- 14-day returns
- Return unworn pieces in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Eligible returns are refunded as store credit, not to the original payment method.
- How to start
- Email info@eha-co.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label for eligible returns.
- Store credit
- Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit is issued to your account within 5–7 business days. It never expires and applies to any piece.
- Exchanges
- We're glad to exchange sizes or colours, subject to availability.
- Exclusions
- Made-to-order items, gift cards and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return.
