How returns and store credit work, straightforward and fair.
- 30-day returns
- Return unworn pieces in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns are issued as store credit or an exchange, not to the original payment method.
- How to start
- Email info@eha-co.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid label for eligible returns. Pieces sent back without prior approval can't be accepted.
- Store credit
- Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit is issued to your account within 5–7 business days. It never expires and applies to any piece.
- Exchanges
- We're glad to exchange sizes or colours, subject to availability.
- Exclusions
- Personalised pieces, gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
