Shipping Policy

Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Processing: Pieces are made in small batches and dispatched within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Rates: Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Below that, a flat calculated rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery: Canada 3–7 business days, United States 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs. We currently ship to Canada and the US only.
Duties & taxes: Orders outside Canada may incur import duties or taxes set by your country, payable to the carrier on delivery. These are not included in our prices.
Lost or delayed: If tracking stalls or a parcel goes missing, email info@eha-co.com and we'll make it right.
