- Pieces are produced in small batches and dispatched within 7–10 business days.
- Canada
- 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- United States
- 5–10 business days after dispatch. Duties and taxes payable on delivery.
- Free over $150
- Complimentary shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
- 30-day window
- Return unworn pieces in original condition within 30 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.
- How to start
- Email info@eha-co.com with your order number for a prepaid label (eligible returns).
- Store credit
- Eligible returns are refunded as store credit (not the original payment method), issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. It never expires.
- Exchanges
- Happy to swap sizes or colours subject to availability.
- Exclusions
- Personalised pieces, gift cards and final-sale items aren't returnable. Every other piece is, even though each one is printed to order.
