- Pieces are produced in small batches and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

- 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- United States
- 5–10 business days after dispatch. Duties and taxes calculated at checkout.

- Complimentary shipping on orders over $150 CAD.
Returns
- 14-day window
- Return unworn pieces in original condition within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
- How to start
- Email info@eha-co.com with your order number for a prepaid label (eligible returns).
- Store credit
- Eligible returns are refunded as store credit (not the original payment method), issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. It never expires.
- Exchanges
- Happy to swap sizes or colours subject to availability.
- Exclusions
- Made-to-order, gift cards and final-sale items aren't returnable.
